A steam pressure reducing valve adjusts the flow rate of the medium by controlling the opening and closing parts inside the valve body, reducing the pressure of the medium. When the inlet pressure is constantly changing, the outlet pressure is kept within the set range to protect the living and production equipment behind.

When the inlet pressure and flow rate change, the outlet pressure can be automatically kept within a certain range by the energy of the medium itself, but the difference between the inlet pressure and the outlet pressure must be ≥ 0.2mpa/cm2 .

Product features:
This series of pressure reducing valves belongs to the pilot piston type pressure reducing valve. It consists of two parts: the main valve and the pilot valve. The main valve is composed of parts such as valve seat, main valve disc, piston, spring, etc. The pilot valve is mainly composed of parts such as valve seat, valve disc, diaphragm, spring, and regulating spring. By adjusting the spring pressure to set the outlet pressure, using the diaphragm to sense the change in outlet pressure, and driving the piston to adjust the size of the flow area at the throttle position of the main valve through the opening and closing of the pilot valve, the pressure reducing and stabilizing function is achieved.
